too many people have ideas they never act on. not because they're lazy — because they're waiting. waiting for the right time, the right skills, the right permission. fireplace is the permission slip. we run 5-week creative sprints called wiyjdi and end each one with an in-person demo day called ideas fest. that's it. no complexity. just momentum.
